It’s another hot hot day in the city and you’ve been shopping and picking at an array of Asian foods on the hawker stalls and trying to get around the city to see all the sites you can in the space of a couple of days. As the sun sets you’re obviously feeling pretty exhausted and would really like to chill out in a funky place and take a couple of drinks.

A luscious Mojito

Well, my recommendation is to begin with Traders Hotel Sky Bar which lies directly across the gardens behind the Petronas Towers. It was one of our must see places in K.L and we were so happy when we went there. As soon as anybody arrives at the top of the lift, the doors open and everybody takes a distant look out the window like a moth to a flame for the sumptuous views of the Petronas Towers and the splendour of the the rest of the city.

Singapore Sling Cocktail

Once you have the tourist photo’s stored into your camera, be waited on to be seated and enjoy the chilled music and funky cocktails poolside. It is definitely a must see place and costs nothing to go and visit but if you are a budget traveller it is expensive for a drink but it will be more than worth it. I also recommend you to reserve a seat by the windows if you are to have an evening there. This is a trendy and hip place to be.
